Installation and handover
When we arrive, you show us around the yard so we can understand the layout, stable areas and how the site is used day to day. We explain what equipment is being installed, how the system will work, and what to expect during the installation.
Our installer fits the cameras, recording equipment and network equipment included in your package. Everything is installed carefully, connected to the Watch My Pony system and configured so the yard is ready for live viewing and recordings.
Once the system is installed, we test the live cameras, recordings and app access to make sure everything works as expected. We then walk you through the app, show you how to view cameras, manage horse profiles and share access with owners.
App & Sharing
Add every horse that lives on the yard into the app, giving each one their own dedicated profile. Owners can then personalise their horse's profile with the details that matter most to them.
Link each horse to the correct camera, such as their stable camera, outdoor arena camera or pasture camera. Once linked, the owner can quickly open their horse profile and jump straight to the right live view or recording.
Generate a secure sharing code for each horse and give it to the correct owner. They can use the code to link their account, view the horse details you allow, and access the cameras connected to their horse.
